WOW is an online shopping clothing brand which delivers clothes all over India. In the initial WOW was just an idea with a basic plan to open the shop. Then again, due to covid they couldn’t reach the wide customer base via the shop. So it became the evolution from the shop to the wide online clothing business with Haraxy developers. WOW delivers their clothes all over India and provides a wide range of different types of clothing.
Challenge
- Initial idea of the shop was good but it had many problems: one of them was the reach of the customers. They couldn’t reach out to the wide customer base due to the shop.
- The exposure to the world and nationwide delivery was nearly impossible due to less number of customers.
- The last string was Covid-19, as they had to shut the shop for a few months and couldn’t reach the customers.
